OK guys This worked for me I bought the cards....and was able to gift them the pin number of the card, works great if they are unable to buy cc so final result was they are in different country/ they got the new cc rooms/ and extra cc ....but seriously only do this with a trader you trust the minimum is 52 cc trade My friend almost died of happiness to finally get the rooms
